We'd need more information regarding the device and the stylus you're using. Please note that if you're using Windows Surface with a Surface Pen you can disable the cursor for stylus usage in system settings.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be good if Goodnotes recognize when iPad is used in sidecar on Goodnotes and automatically remove the cursor. But until then there's an app called Cursorcerer that can achieve the same thing. But you have to press Control + Option + K every time for the curse to appear/disappear.Now I can write in Goodnotes without the crosshairs blocking my view.
