    You can do this already. Go to your GoodNotes app in your iPad and click the gear icon in top right corner. Choose Notebook Templates option and click on the notebook cover and then scroll to the last part of any notebook group. You will see an import option, click that and you can add custom notebook covers you have downloaded or from your photos app. Hope this helped!!! You could also add notebook pages as templates the same way!!!
