Its sad this still hasn’t been implemented. The lack of tilt, pencil brush, and jitter-control is what keeps me from using Goodnotes. Apple Notes holds me hostage because they have those simple features…

We already have an option of auto deselecting eraser, in the first release of good notes, with apple pencil 2, there was an option of switching between any tool we last used and current tool. I loved this. But I guess you have to switch by Apple guidelines for same look and feel, but I constantly find myself I have used colour switcher and pencil or shape and pencil to do between that. There is already the default option in Apple of switching between just eraser and the previous tool

Hope to enhance the pressure sensitivity of Apple Pencil 2, since there is always a ‘time delay’ when writing. Pencil 1 goes pretty well.

The only think that in my opinion would make Goodnotes my faborite app would be integration (or at least some features) of Apple PencilKit. A highlighter and ball pen like in Apple Notes would make the jser experience a dream.

When I zoom in or out of notes, the note-taking feeling is pretty much different. It should be improvement.

In my opinion, this app needs the effect of removing the edge at the start and end of writing.

I agree, people prefer the inking on notability because of its pressure sensitivity

Hi, could you fix issues with handwriting breaking when you rest your palm on the screen of the iPad. It doesn’t happen all the time but it would be nice if it didn’t happen

I recommend to fix the following three tips. I am a deeply user for GoodNotes 4.with Apple Pencil it make my life batter and more convient.
1.When Apple Pencil select lasso tool I need to using two fingers to swip pages. Could you replace it with one finger could swip when using Apple Pencil?
2.After using lasso tool get Screenshots I have to tap cancel to exit the share window, which makes me feel unconvincing. If we could tap anywhere else the share window to exit it, the producibility will be greatly boost.
3.When using WIFI-transfare we just only upload files one-by-one. I get it low productivity. Turn multi-files once via ftp or http is a good idea.

I hope goodnotes become more and more successful.

Hi,
I’m wondering if you can add a feature that disables the use of your finger as a pen. Every now and then when I’m using the pencil I go to swipe between pages and end up rubbing something out. I use GoodNotes every day with my Apple Pencil 2.0. I love your app.
This feature would make it perfect

I don’t see a difference in darkness with pressure sensitive mode clicked on. It would be great if this could actually be the case along with enabling the tilt for the Apple Pencil

Please ignore the bellow comment. Just found out that switching to fountain pen gives the feature I was hoping for :-)
Althogh, the pressure gradient could be better set. You shouldn’t have to press really hard to make a slightly thicker line and that is the case right now.

There is an option to use “pressure sensitivity” with Apple Pencil but I can’t see what difference it really makes.
Pressure sensitive writing would be really good. Why? Because when writing fast, it often gets messy when you get input from the lightest touch of the pen. Pressure sensitivity would make it more like writing with a real ball pen. I’m seeing this as one of the biggest shortcomings of GoodNotes after using extensively for almost two years. This makes me constantly considering to change app to Notability or OneNote to get better writing performance but I like the GUI of GoodNotes so I hope it could be fixed soon.
