  1. Fix bug in Mac that adjusts highlights inappropriately

    I tend to highlight my notes on my iPad, but when I open it on my Mac the text is moved down on the page and no longer in the correct place, aka highlighted

  3. Not an idea, but looking for help

    I'm sorry to use this forum incorrectly. I'm not here to contribute idea, but rather seeking help. The zendesk on your website doesn't help to solve the issue.
    I have the GoodNotes 5 on my IpadPro and recently I downloaded the same apps on my iphone 11. During the syncing, there is a pop-up message to urge me to update the GoodNotes 5 on my IpadPro or it is unable to sync. Both apps were updated and I restarted both devices. But the problem persist. I need some help but do not know where to get it... Hope to hear…

  4. Fix the lasso-disappearing text-bug

    Sometimes when I lasso some text and then deselect, I
    ALL THE SELECTED TEXT DISAPPEARS.

    undo/redo doesn't do anything. Sometimes the text reappears after a few minutes of writing, sometimes its just gone forever. Very frustrating, has been happing for a few months now.

  5. I whish there are two options in tool bar settings +bug report

    so that we can use two options-one like prior goodnotes 4, less useing upper space, but little pen options made up of those we use oftern. The other the tool bar just like nowadays.

    The bug I think is abut device storage. When I write on my document(automatic backup in ondrive on, no icloud) and check available ipad storage in file app, from 300MB to 1 GB of available storage decreases and this storage does not return. The size of the document is 8MB. This happens only after using goodnotes in my device.(I haven't checked in other devices yet) This…

  6. Sanitise files without crashing

    GN5 crashes when a corrupt PDF is imported. GN5 should complain about a corrupt file without crashing.

  7. Hiding keyboard when changing text style

    When I select text to change the style/font and I choose to hide the keyboard (to see more of my notebook), I lose the selected text. Please fix the bug.

  8. Display bookmark icon when switching pages with a keyboard

    This is not really a feature request, but rather a bug report. When switching pages in a document with the arrow keys on a keyboard, the bookmark icon does not change. It always remains on the state of the first, with touch gestures selected, page.

  9. About very bad fault

  12. Optimization and other suggestions about adaptation of mac version

    bug: at the position where the outline is added, the cursor cannot be moved left and right with the keyboard only, this should be a mac version bug

    Suggestions: 1. The mind mapping function is really needed. The way to make and import using other software is very silly, and the pictures will float on the lines of the notebook, which is unacceptable!

  13. Sidecar bug...

    It seams that whenever I use pencil in sidecar (or with Luna display) Goodnotes disable use od mouse: I can select tools, but pencil, laso, eraser do not work with mouse. I need to restart the app to get them back under control. (I use the latest version of iOS, macOS.)

  16. Bug Report, Eraser Tool

    When using the Eraser Tool with the "Auto-Deselect" option enabled, please revert back to the last USED tool, not the last SELECTED tool, when the erase is completed.

    For instance, if I am writing with the Pen Tool, then mistakenly click on the Highlighter Tool, but I don't USE it, then I immediately click on the Eraser Tool and erase some writing, when I'm done erasing, it reverts back to the Highlighter and when I try to write again, I end up highlighting.

    Since the Highlighting Tool was not USED, the Eraser should revert back to the last USED tool,…

  17. Messy handwriting on version 5

    I have recently upgraded to Goodnotes 5 and loving it... however I've noticed that it's a lot harder to write neatly in the new version (i.e. my notes seem a lot messier). I'm using an Ipad pro with apple pencil (1) and the ball point pen selected. Is there any reason for this / a way to fix?
