Another approach to implementing this on Samsung devices would be to let us run the same app twice in multi view. I would like to be able to read my textbook and take notes while reading it. Whichever way you implement this, please make it soon. I'm struggling since all my textbooks are digital - as are my notes. Thanks!

I cant open multiple tabs in android version

Any updates on when this feature will be implemented? I was using GoogNotes for quite some time, and I enjoyed this feature on my iPad. Just subscribed to the windows version and was disappointed. This feature is not there, while it is necessary in my work.

On IOS in goodnotes you can have different tabs open that are from goodnotes. I would love to be able to do that

Why this features not in android . is there any discrimination between user of android and ios

i would love to be able to have multiple notebooks open at the same time, as a student who would use this app both to take notes and to do homework on the same notebook, it would be a hassle to do a problem and scroll up to my notes every single time instead of being able to have it side by side, similar to the ios version

A function to have multiple tabs open like on the ipad version would be great. Especially for students.

Hi, I believe that a few factors need to be taken into consideration.
1. several tabs: similar to the original version, having several tabs.
2. Save the page location: avoid showing the page location from the first page again once we exit the document.
3. Multitab interaction: Texts and graphics can be moved between two tabs.
4. Drag and drop is operational across tabs.

Can you please add a new version that has the ability to add more tabs. while working on on pdf, you have the ability to work on the other notes simultaneously like ipad version also please add the search bar, as an example when you search a word it shows you the page number and the pdfs that has this specific word again like ios version
I was reading the feedbacks and i notice that you have replied that your working on some special features but about 2 days ago which is october 20th of 2023 you had an update which didnt have any of the things that people ask you to add although from a year ago you said you were working on it , please consider android users as well i had good notes on my ipad which was the best app for note taking on ipad , i really enjoyed studying with it since everything was easy, but as i had switched to samsung tablet im facing a lot of problems with notes while im studying . i hope a new update will come soon amd these factors will be considered

The ability to have 2 Goodnote windows open at the same time in Android version is a must for digital planning, enabling being able to have a planner open and another for sticker storage/use via drag & drop, just as IOS has the ability

This is the most urgent feature for Goodnotes for android...
I was so looking forward to use this feature on the beta versions but it doesnt seems to be included even on the official release...
If there is no tab feature on official, then it is nothing different from the Samsung notes..

please consider adding the tab bar feature from ios where you can easily press a tab and it just jumps to the page

it is necessary to open multiple windows with this app and to be able to open even the same page twice. For notes in university, it is also great to have those windows one over another. This way we don't have to keep sliding the page back and forth to shout on the page in a suitable font size. Furthermore, the pen options should be approved for a better access to multiple colors and pens.
