We're happy to share that we’ve released improved real-time collaboration on Android, Windows and Web.
With this update, you can invite participants to work on the same document and see their updates in real time, including their live cursors, so you always know where everyone is.
This works for meetings, brainstorms, live sessions, and classes.
To start a real-time collaboration session, the file owner must be on a Pro plan or any subscription plan with an AI Pass.

Double tap to undo/redo
You should be able to undo and redo through double tap or triple tap. I know this is a feature on Apple, but it should be available on other versions. There should also be a way to do this with a stylus pen.

Reorder, copy, or duplicate a page
when I import documents, for example, a planner, I am unable to copy pages to paste in different areas of the notebook. it is frustrating that there is no way to reorder pages as well, as even if I duplicate a page, I cannot move it to where I want it to go. Please make this possible, like in the ios version.

Ability to work on notebooks Offline
It would be good if the app allowed working on notebooks even without an internet connection.

While offline, users can create notebooks, create quick notes, open recently modified documents in the library, add pages, rotate pages, remove pages, change templates, and continue editing their documents.

Ability to export documents or pages to PDF
Feature parity with the iOS version. Being able to do this would make me ditch OneNote immediately.

Drawn Shape Templates: Custom Element
We need the ability to make shape templates, science professionals and educators like myself are constantly drawing geometric shapes like benzene rings, carbon chains, orbitals, reaction arrows, mechanism arrows, and some really complex molecules and structures. If we could draw it once, and save the shape to use again later so that we don't have to redraw from them scratch everytime.

In the Windows Web version, there is no option to Search and Find Handwritten text, unlike in Ipad. Looking forward to this update.

Ability to copy & paste pictures
it would be really nice to copy and paste pictures from the internet/ local data - this often helps to complement my notes

Would be nice if you were able to download and insert other templates and premade notebooks, as it is for the mac-version.

Custom Template feature is live and available to all Goodnotes for Android, Windows, and Web users.
Kindly go to Setting -> Manage Notebook templates -> Edit at the top right corner to add your custom covers and notebook templates.

cross out or scrible to erase
it's a very useful function on microsoft journal, which allows you to erase a letter or a word or anything just by scribbling or crossing out, it's faster than selecting the eraser.

Ability to import documents
It'd be awesome if the Windows application can support document imports just like the iOS app. Importing lecture slides to annotate note is an integral part of our study workflow, having this ability would help a lot of students out there.
