Features suggestion on Goodnotes windows
Hand Tool with Space Bar: It would be great if you could add an option to activate the hand tool by pressing the space bar.
Sticker Scrolling Issue: I’ve noticed that horizontal scrolling for stickers isn’t working. If it could be fixed, that would be awesome! (This is less of a priority for me.)
Shortcut for Laser Tool: Could we get a shortcut for the laser tool? It would be fantastic if users could also customize their own shortcuts.
Text Color Preservation: It would be really helpful if text color could be preserved just like text size.
Zoom with Mouse Wheel: It would be really convenient to zoom in and out gradually using Ctrl + mouse wheel, instead of just Ctrl + (+/-) on the keyboard.
Background for File Switching: When switching between files in Goodnotes, it would be nice to have a background to protect what’s visible from the audience, similar to Notability.
Zoom Area Preservation: It would be great if Goodnotes could save the zoom level and area when switching between multiple files.
Easier Page Navigation: If we could change pages more easily by hovering over and typing the page number, that would be super handy.
Page Addition Options: When adding new pages, it would be awesome to have the choice to either copy the current page or start with a new blank template.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your ideas — we really appreciate the thought and effort behind them 🙏
To help us review and prioritize feedback more effectively, we’re going to close this idea for now. It currently includes multiple suggestions, and some of them already live, which makes it harder for us (and other users) to discuss, vote on, and track each one properly.
If you’d like, please feel free to submit each idea separately, or add your vote to existing ideas that match what you’re suggesting. That really helps us understand what matters most to the community.
Thanks again for sharing and for helping make the forum better!
