    My professors sometimes provide us with scans of documents to read. I like to annotate as I read. However because these can be scans with black edges from scanning, it is really hard to find a color that will show through. If I was able to put an opaque shape behind my text to make it easily viewable, that would be awesome. The current fill only allows for a see though fill and it doesn’t help at all. I also can’t chose white because it would not show on the white spaces and I don’t want to be changing pen colors every other letter. It is too cumbersome and distracting to my reading.
