The circular swipe that Paper uses is fancy, but not as natural as the 3 finger swipe (in my opinion). Save Submitting... I suggest having 3 finger swipe left/right for the undo/redo gestures (this gesture is used by some art apps, such as Procreate)
If it is a 2 finger swipe, it may be mistaken for zoom or other similar gestures.
The circular swipe that Paper uses is fancy, but not as natural as the 3 finger swipe (in my opinion).
