    Es ist eigentlich unter Einstellungen -> Dokumentbearbeitung -> Werkzeugposition möglich, ausser ich verstehe dich falsch, aber dort kannst Du "oben" oder "unten" wählen, dann wechselt die ganze Leiste mit Titel, Tabs und Werkzeugen.
