This feature is very important to me. I am a researcher and love to take notes with Goodnotes. However, I use a reference manager (i.e. Zotero) to manage all the papers I am reading. I would love to use Goodnotes as well for annotating the papers, but it is a massive pain to do so currently, as one has to export the pdf to goodnotes, and after annotation, export it back to the reference manager.
I feel like a simple button that allows you to export the pdf to the location that it was imported from should not be too difficult to add, but would make the app much more useful for reading papers.
