Update:
I would like to clarify the issue with more precision.
At this time, only the fonts installed under iOS Fonts > My Fonts are not appearing in Goodnotes.
Other built-in or app-provided fonts still appear normally, but the fonts that users have installed at the system level:
Do not show up in the font list
Do not appear in the “My Fonts” section
Cannot be searched by name
Are treated as if they are not installed at all
This affects only user-installed system fonts.
Everything under iOS Fonts > My Fonts has become inaccessible inside Goodnotes.
Previously:
Old UI → My Fonts worked
New UI (Whiteboard) → My Fonts did not show
Now:
Fonts installed in My Fonts do not appear anywhere in Goodnotes, regardless of UI version.
This is a critical regression for users who rely on custom/brand/multilingual fonts installed at the system level.
I respectfully request clarification on whether:
The removal of My Fonts support was intentional, or
If this is an unexpected issue that will be addressed.
Restoring access to fonts in My Fonts would significantly improve the usability and flexibility of Goodnotes for many users.
