    Automatic deselect helps, but the eraser cap should still work momentarily.

    Math conversion should be able to turn handwritten equations into editable, properly formatted math, not just recognize them as plain text. It’d also help if Goodnotes clarified whether the one-time purchase would include feature updates or only the version bought. Feature parity matters, but clear pricing and what each platform’s plan includes would make the decision easier.

    A native Windows client should keep notebooks available locally and sync changes when the connection returns; that would address the offline problem without making users choose between access and syncing. A desktop wrapper alone wouldn’t fix the loading and input delays if it still depends on the same web app.

    Please add this for new textboxes, ideally with separate defaults for font size and color so changing one doesn’t reset the other.
