Offline access should be a per-notebook download option, with a clear indicator showing which documents are available locally. That would let people keep large or frequently used notebooks on-device without downloading the entire library, and make the offline benefit easy to verify. A last-synced timestamp would also help when switching back online.

Presentation mode should let the presenter hide toolbars, use a connected display or screen sharing, and keep drawing on the page while presenting. An option to follow the pen or laser pointer would make it useful for teaching, not just showing notes.

Note Replay would be much more useful if audio stayed linked to the exact point in the notes, so tapping a line could jump to that moment in the lecture. Please include playback speed controls and let recordings keep playing while switching pages in the notebook.

The app could show the notebook list immediately, then load the last page or sync in the background. It’d also help to report cold-start time separately from returning after switching apps, with device and app version included in feedback.
Global search should include both typed text and handwriting recognition, with each result showing the document name and a page preview. Tapping a result should open that page directly, so there’s no need to hunt through the file.
