What is not spelled out in that article is how much a "point" is. When importing a PDF as a template, one inch = 132 points. (This is presumably because the iPad 2 had a screen resolution of 132 pixels/inch.) -

New tabs open on the right. You can manually move tabs (hold your finger down on a tab for a minute, then drag left/right). I agree that a switch for alphabetical order would be useful--I would definitely use that when grading exams.
