    I have submitted a variation of this request here:

    My suggestion would be to set a default indentation width to match each template's margin in Goodnotes 5. Please vote above if interested.

    This is still a relevant issue as of Goodnotes 5. There are several other customer suggestions for the same feature in the forums but they are split over many entries, lowering the total vote count on any one single suggestion.
