Add the ability to "lock" an image
Would be great to lock an image in place so that we can select/erase images above without compromising the locked image.
Please make this a top priority in Good Notes. The ability to lock an item for those who journal would be incredibly helpful. We use imported templates that are images. If we can lock this particular image we can lasso other images without selecting all images. Please, please, please add this to your next update :)

Yes. Please do. I don't want to create a pdf that has to be imported with the background embedded. I'd really like to import an image and freeze it in place.

Another vote for locking images, PLEASE add this ASAP
This really needs to happen. Can’t believe this is not a feature..
Please add this feature! It would be so helpful
I love GoodNotes! Please add a lock image feature!! As a digital planner, this would be the most useful tool! Digital planning is gaining in popularity and I see people switching to Noteshelf because it offers this feature. I don’t want to switch, but it’s becoming very frustrating not having this feature.
Please add this. Even the ability to use just one layer would be incredibly useful.

Yes, this is the most urgent feature to add to Goodnotes

I recently switched over to digital planning and the feature of locking would be helpful. A lot of my inserts and stickers are jpeg and png. When I want to layer it I end up selecting of it and messes up my original layout. I would LOVE this feature.

I prefer using GoodNotes but I'm switching to NoteShelf because of this feature. It's essential for bullet journaling.
Any progress towards this would be greatly appreciated!
Yees, we need this!!

Yep we need this feature... as available in NoteShelf

I totally agree. They have this feature in Noteshelf. If it werent for the brush peni n goodnotes i would have stayed there, but alas, taking notes is whats important in a notes app after all. I wish Goodnotes would take everything that is good in other notes apps and just be the best there is.
I love this app but the inability to lock images/layers is really unfortunate with so many planner folks using the app for bullet journaling and tailoring their own planners
Apple's free app Pages also has this feature. I’m starting to regret believing all the hype around GoodNotes.
This would really help people using planners on Goodnotes. They often put in page designs, like monthly calendar grids, or weekly grids or trackers as PNGS. The problem comes when they want to put and reposition images and stickers on top.
It's a feature ZoomNotes already has and is leading some people to leave Goodnotes for Zoomnotes.
