This is a 100% must for me. Switching between the pencil and the eraser costs too much times, because it is not fluent. This feature would speed up my productivity for sure!

Would love to have this. A totally agree with Lukas: I keep going back to Nebo for this.

Coming from the Nebo notes app which has this and it works like a charm. Would be nice to have this on Good Notes. I keep going back to Nebo for this but really like Good notes overall, feels more polished.

Scribble gesture like the cross out function, when you cross out your handwritten text with your apple pen and it disappears. Would be great in comparsion to switching to the eraser and back.

Please add possibility to erase characters or even whole words by crossing them out. I guess Notability has a similar function.
This makes erasing much faster and easier.

Wenn man was geschriebenes mit dem Stift schnell durchstreicht (wie ein x) dann sollte das Wort gelöscht werden.
Diese Funktion gibt es schon auf mehreren Whitboards in Schulen und finde diese Funktion sehr Praktisch.
Es währe schön wenn das umgesetzt wird.

would it be possible to add the feature to cross out a written word directly instead of clicking „undo“? So when i wrote something wrong that i can just cross out the word by using the pencil and the text is gone. :-)
I used to have this in another app and it was great.

I agree with Eric's comment. I had been using Notes Plus for a while and really liked it but it had some issues and quirks. When I found GoodNotes, the things that drove me up a wall about Notes Plus were already solved in GoodNotes. The one thing that I really miss is the scribble to erase. This feature makes note taking seamless. Please consider adding this feature.

The 2 and 3 finger double taps for undo and redo are nice but it slows you down in a heavy note taking session. In my opinion, GoodNotes would be just about perfect if you could just scribble out a mistake to erase it as you go. I left Notes Plus for GoodNotes and the scribble-to-erase function is the only thing from Notes Plus that I miss very much. Please add this feature soon. Thanks!
