  1. When you write on a din4 template and scan a paper document that is also din4 the ist going to be bigger than the template I use. It might be slightly but the difference makes the papers seem like a different size and on the side edges it is not fixed anymore. I want The paper just to scroll down but now it moves to the side. To fix it I can zoom full out but then the brightness of the pages won’t fill the howl display. Please make it the same size so it won’t move a side.

  2. Ich wünschte mir eine Übersichtsfunktion bei dem Lernset, damit man eine Übersicht aller Karten hat ohne alle durchzuswipen zu müssen.

    Englisch:

I would like to see an overview function on the learning set so that you have an overview of all the cards without having to swipe through them all.

  3. After the latest update that allows the user to add more than 3 colours, the stroke menu has morphed into this menu that you must click on to expand first and only then will it allow you to choose stroke sizes. Nobody has asked for the latter and please restore it. Thank you

  4. An option to put the Smart Learning into Shuffle like you’re able to do in learning mode would be nice.

Also, let us learn our cards flipped too! Especially when learning new vocabulary it is crucial to have „question“ and „answer“ to be asked flipped so we learn both ways. New language—mother tongue, mother tongue—new language equally.

And one more thing: Have the same option as in the previous Learning decks you have in the notebooks> an option to grade with at least 3 buttons on how good you memorized the card.

  5. i have lots of notebooks, some use the same exact colors all the time and some vary each use. i’d love to be able to set a color palette to one notebook, like my planner, and be able to just always have those colors set aside and set as favorites when i switch into that notebook.

  6. On GoodNotes, I have different slide packets for classes, I have to open them one at a time by selecting one, going to back, then selecting another one. If there was a select button to open multiple documents at once, it would be great

  7. It would be fantastic if good notes could implement a dark mode that inverts the colours on a page. I usually do not use dark paper as I sometimes need to print my notes, and it is very tedious to change colours. This is a much-needed feature for users who love using dark paper but can't due to certain limitations.

  8. My idea would be that you can create multiple color palettes and scroll back and forth between them.
For example, you could create a palette for work/school on the first “page” and one for your calendar on the next.

  9. I hate that the new update collapsed pen sizing into a drop menu. This messes with my workflow because I tend to do fast pen switching and now it feels more clunky now that there's a fourth color option. Please allow for toolbar editing/rearranging.

  10. To make the new flashcard feature even more useful, it would be great to be able to insert math equations using inline LaTeX/MathJax notation. (Similar to what’s possible with Anki).

  11. I've been using Good Notes for university and life in general for two years now, and there are several features that would make the app a much better place to study.
I've thought about them and here they go (my native language isn't english so sorry if i make mistakes):

-The audio option could be better (it would be great to be able to leave them inserted as stickers in any part of the sheet and thus divide the audio into sections, and that when pressed the previously recorded audio would sound). Also give them names and that they are…

  12. Please add a ruler it is really hard to do geometry exercises without one. Ok you can make the line straight but you can’t measure the distance especially when the line isn’t horizontal or vertical. It is also next to impossible to correctly calculate degrees. Thank you in advance.

  13. Having a version history function would also be helpful like how google docs have theirs. As far as I've seen there isn't a version history function yet, and I haven't seen anyone suggest this idea in this forum.

  14. Please consider a feature where users can customize notebook outlines by enabling toggles or by enabling suboutlines.

It would make a notebook more neat and convenient when outlines can have indented suboutlines under them and/or toggles that collapse when clicked. It’s inconvenient to have to scroll a lengthy outline compared to a collapsible one.

Some PDFs I import have this feature and it creates collapsible toggles in the goodnotes outline section but when I create a notebook within goodnotes it does not give me an option to create toggles.

See attached files. The first pic is an imported pdf with…

  17. Different suggestion from the much needed sub-outlines (see the 600+ voted on suggestion by Daniel Wyatt “Sub-Outlines in Outline”) which would bring in a collapsible feature in Outline.

This is about being able to assign, to different elements of the outline, headings which would be integrated into the Outline system. Right now the document may have different internal headings, but if I add these to the GoodNotes Outline, they are difficult to keep in their actual order.

The suggestion is as follows :
Include the most common and convenient method to add headings using the # (as is possible in…

  19. It would be super nice to have extra space to write sentences and phrases on the side or under imported PowerPoint instead of only being able to write on the slide. Writing on the slide helps highlight terms etc, but doesn't help any extra information a teacher/professor may say out loud, that's not a part of the slide.
