Auto shape function
Coming from Notability, I feel the strong lack of the function that allows you to draw straight lines automatically by holding the Apple Pencil on the sheet for a moment longer, without having to select the lines tool each time and then return to the pen tool.

It further improves the recognition of circles and squares and adds back the ability to draw shapes with the highlighter.

Bring Back Hide User Interface For Airplay
In GoodNotes 4 there is an option to Hide User Interface when using AirPlay that seems to be missing in GoodNotes 5. Is that feature going to be added back in?

Adjustable opacity for highlighter so it shows on dark planners
Being able to use the highlighter on a dark planner or note page would be great.

Exporting Multiple Pages as Images, not in a .Zip
Exporting multiple pages as an "Image File" currently results in a .Zip File being created. Would it be possible to export multiple pages as an "Image File" and have it truly be multiple images, not in a .Zip File.

Type on the lines
sometiomes I use the ruled paper and wanna type on it,but the textbox seems not precisely fits the line spacing of the paper , i hope I can directly type on the paper lines ,not type in a textbox. Thanks!

Add ability to delete a notebook cover
It would be great to be able to completely get rid of a cover in an existing notebook. I know you can change them, but it doesn't seem possible to remove them.

Desktop App (at least for viewing)
I would love to be able to access my notes later on from desktop or web, in case I don't have my ipad or can't get enough screen real estate to easily review them on my phone.

Delete Page in QuickNote
I don't see an option to delete a page in a QuickNote. I would like to request this capability - to delete a page and have all subsequent pages shift up.
2 votesPages in QuickNotes can be deleted by opening the thumbnail view (4 squares icon in the toolbar), tap Select in the upper right, then choose the page(s) you want to delete and tap “trash”

Add images from Dropbox, iCloud, etc.
Currently, I can only add pictures from the Photos app. It would be awesome if I could add images from Dropbox, iCloud, or any other remote storage system.
1 voteTo add images from other sources, tap on the image tool in the toolbar and then tap anywhere on the page. This will bring up the image picker and at the bottom of the pop-up, you’ll see the option to “Insert from…”. This will enable you to choose from other sources.

Multiple Selection for Imports
I have painstakingly imported each individual files into their respective folders in GoodNotes.
I would like the option to sync or import full folders from Google Drive to prevent this time consuming process.

GoodNotes 5 Mac - Bring V4 Features Back!
Allow for editing handwriting (moving to different locations, deleting..) in Mac App or deleting pages in a handwritten document. Usefulness is like 50% without these features.

Enable a shortcut to get to a specific planner from home screen without scrolling through all of goodnotes projects

Double tap to undo, three fingers tap to redo and four fingers tap for full screen (hiding toolbars).
