Delete Page in QuickNote
I don't see an option to delete a page in a QuickNote. I would like to request this capability - to delete a page and have all subsequent pages shift up.

Pages in QuickNotes can be deleted by opening the thumbnail view (4 squares icon in the toolbar), tap Select in the upper right, then choose the page(s) you want to delete and tap “trash”
