Thanks for your suggestion! We’re happy to share that we’ll be introducing the ability to lock objects very soon.

We’ll keep you posted once it goes live.

Stay tuned for app updates and announcements!

    1. Locking Images/Sticky Notes: When working with sticky notes or inserted images, it’s easy to accidentally select or move them, especially when zoomed in. This sometimes causes me to get “stuck” in the image, which interrupts note-taking. Adding an option to lock images or sticky notes in place would prevent this issue and help users stay focused during fast-paced situations, such as keeping up with lectures.

    2. AI Handwriting Correction: Apple Notes has a corrective handwriting feature that helps make messy handwriting more readable. However, Apple Notes is not stable and often crashes. If GoodNotes integrated an optional AI handwriting correction tool, it would give us the same readability benefit but within the reliability of your app. This could be especially helpful for students and professionals who want neat, searchable notes without losing the personal feel of handwriting.

    3. Expanded Pen Options: Having more pen varieties would add flexibility for different writing styles and document types. Offering additional customizable options (such as new brush types or textures) would make the tools more versatile and enjoyable to use.
