Cross-device notebook parity would make the biggest difference here, especially having the same folders, fonts, and annotations on iPad and Windows. The Windows pen experience also needs attention separately: lag when moving through PDF pages makes live lecture notes hard to keep up with, and handwriting smoothing could help make them readable without changing the original strokes.

Thank you for the suggestion.
This is in our roadmap. In the meantime, we recommend using the Copy & Paste page feature as a workaround to have a similar result.
We understandable that this is not the most efficient solution, but please know we are working towards brining the "move" feature in our Android & Windows app.
Thank you,
The Goodnotes Team

Selective downloads would be useful too, so users can keep large notebooks available offline without syncing every file to a phone or tablet. A visible storage setting and clear sync status would help avoid unexpected space use or uncertainty about which version is current.
Study Sets are the clearest feature gap here: Android users need to create and review them, not just open notebooks. I’d also separate that request from the native-app question, since offline editing and reliable syncing are user-facing needs regardless of implementation. A roadmap update from Goodnotes would make the status much clearer.
