An error occurred while saving the comment I would like an explanation as to why this appears to be so difficult for GoodNotes and why handwriting is so slick in other apps like Noteshelf. This is 2022. Honestly!
An error occurred while saving the comment Is it that difficult to add a pencil? It's confusing because most of the other quality note apps have a pencil option including native apple apps. I find it odd. And because of this, I do about half of my work in Noteshelf. This sucks because everything else I love is in Goodnotes. 🤦♀️

An error occurred while saving the comment I am surprised at the fact that the pencil/ charcoal option is still not here. So many people are asking for this in many other posts and all of the heads apps for note taking have it. This is a strange way to differentiate as this seems to be a conscious decision

This is something that has been requested many times and the numbers in the past years when I have checked were far larger and there were far more posts. I would think this request wouldn’t be skipped for so long given the capabilities of all of the other apps that use it, including a top competitor, Noteshelf.
