  1. Please implement the Smart Script Features in iPadOS 18 Notes App in GoodNotes

    Can you please expand the intelligent GoodNotes 6 AI handwriting Tools with additional tools, showed at Apples WWDC 24 in the Notes App (SmartScript). I would like to see these features in GoodNotes, such as:

    1. My favourite feature: An in GoodNotes integrated AI Model that automatically improves your hand writing style in your personal writing style, as you write with Apple Pencil in GoodNotes.

    2. Also very important for me: An AI Feature that can transform your typed text into your handwritten Notes in your own writing style, if you paste the typed text in GoodNotes.

  3. Bring Back Continuous Scrolling Option (Disable Page Snap)

    Hi GoodNotes Team,

    Since the update to GoodNotes 6, vertical scrolling always snaps from one page to the next. This page snap makes it harder to review notes smoothly, especially when studying.

    Please bring back the option to disable page snapping and allow continuous scrolling, like in GoodNotes 5. This flexibility would really improve the learning experience.

  4. Allow for sub-bullet points!

    Allow indentation with bullet points on the "Bulleted List" on the new text feature on Goodnotes 5, not just on the first line of bullet points. Similar to how you would take notes using bullet points in Microsoft, Google, or Pages. PLEASE!

  7. tape

    Hi! The tape feature is such an incredible tool to help learning. I use it a lot to cover long answers in the exercises. Sometimes there are large areas to cover with tape and have to 'paint' it all. It would be interesting to have in this feature the possibility of drawing tape shapes, like squares and circles that I can resize.

  11. Language recognition in documents

    Greetings! I love using Goodnotes for taking notes in my lectures. I study in my native language (Czech) and English and I need to take notes effectively in both. However, current Goodnotes force me to set a recognition language for my documents (my native language not offered) which causes me great struggles. I am basically incapable of properly writing in Czech even with an exclusively Czech keyboard.

    Not necessarily having to choose a recognition language would be of great help. Keyboard settings does that for you already.

  12. Add option to disable page snapping when scrolling to different pages

    in Goodnotes 6, I noticed that when I just try to scroll slightly down to the bottom of a page it will auto snap me to the center of the next page, and vice versa when scrolling to the top part of a page. Please add a function to disable this.

    1. AI Text-to-Handwriting Transformation:
      It would be great to have an AI feature option that transforms typed text into your handwriting style when pasted into GoodNotes. This feature would ensure your notes look personalized and maintain a consistent handwriting style, even when using typed text.

    2. AI-Powered Handwriting Style Improvement:
      Another useful addition would be an AI model that improves your handwriting with AI in your writing style automatically as you write with the Apple Pencil. This feature would enhance legibility while keeping your unique handwriting style.

  14. Pen thickness adjustment

    Allow the pen thickness adjustment have plus or minus options with/without slider
    Everytime it's annoying to adjust the slider for 0.05mm thickness with accuracy. It's time consuming to adjust stroke with careful slight movement.

  15. Stop Highlighter Overlap

    If we had brighter highlighters we wouldn't have to overlap them. It also drives me nuts how when highlighting anything handwritten it immediately darkens the colors. Using the lasso tool to "Send Back" the highlighter is a waste of time.
    I'm not saying remove the overlap feature all together, but give us the option to toggle it on or off.

  16. Zoom percentage pleasee we neeed iiit

    Adding a zoom percentage somewhere on the screen. It would help all the pencil writing comunity to write always on the zoom you want so no more BIG LETTERED phrases compared to others you accidentally wrote with a bigger zoom.

  17. Tips and tricks for casino enthusiasts: what works and what doesn’t.

    Hey all, I'm heading to a casino soon and would love some tips and tricks. I've watched a bunch of videos, but it's hard to tell which advice is legit.   19. arrow line in pen tool

    Now that we got dashed and dotted lines, I think it would be a great improvement to add the option of an arrowed line, just ending the line you're making with an arrow, I find that this would upgrade the note taking experiencie and a lot of people would find it very useful

  20. Get the bugs fixed. There is a bug that duplicates text or pictures if you move it.

    You can not delete the duplication until restart of the app. Then the old picture/text etc. disappears and only appears at the intended place. It‘s really annoying. Also if you zoom in to write sometimes parts of the strokes or dots disappear. You have to either overwrite it to fix it or erase/undo and write again.
