Photos in comments
I’m using comments to add notes to my lectures where there are no space and if I don’t have space for some notes then won’t have for a photo either so I think adding photos to comments I really a helpful way for organizing the lecture

Drop shadow or customizable border around images/imported screenshots
It would improve content visibility and visual hierarchy. Unfortunately, there currently is no easy and quick workaround.

Pages in a second dimension, to improve PDF handling
It would be very nice to be able to add pages to the side in vertical mode and on the bottom in Horizontal mode as well. I have to import PDF´s quite regularly and they tend to be in the way a lot. If they were next to each other and would just take the effort to scroll as every other page it would be much easier and they would just be there if you need them.

RULER PLEASE
Please add a Ruler or generally mathematic instruments OR at least give the option to lock the scaling of pics but still being able to move and rotate them so I can use a transparent pic as ruler and else.

Double tap to close tab + Restore deleted tab
It is so easy to accidentally close a tab/page. Please tweak the close tab button to be double tap.
Would be nicer if you add a function to restore deleted tab.

Import Google Docs and Slides
Despite Google Drive implementation, GoodNotes is not able to import Docs or Slides. I know there are workarounds, but those add too many steps to my workflow. It would be great to be able to import and mark up a document or set of slides.

Journal notebook with print service for a bound book
I love using GoodNotes with the outline feature for digital journaling. The only thing missing is that physical A5 book to hold in your hands. It would be so amazing to have a service to order a bound book once 250-300 pages in an A5 style notebook has been filled. Also to have a journal notebook option where page numbers are added, A5 is default, and landscape mode allows for a full 2 page spread to be shown. We get an amazing feature and it's monetizing for the devs. Win win.

Allow for Typing within Lines
The typing experience on Mac is far behind the competition (Notability) at the moment. Unfortunately, the text-box tool is not working out. It would be much better to have the option to type within certain template lines. As a student, it would be great to be able to more easily switch between writing on my iPad and typing on my Mac. Please consider this because I know a lot of people stick to other apps because GoodNotes lacks this feature. Change the font color of the words "question" and "answer" in the flashcards
Especially in the dark flashcards, if I have my display brightness set too low (like during the night) it becomes really difficult to see where the "question" space ends and the "answer" space begins. So I propose changing the line and font color to a bright gray to read it better!

Include comments in pdf exports
I regularly use comments to annotate on slides where there is limited space. Would it be possible to include these comments when exporting to pdf format?
This would for instance allow me to review my notes on my pc while making summaries on goodnotes.

Add a color matching tool
I use a lot of colors, and sometimes want to color match something. A color matching tool that can let me hover on an image or text and just get the exact color it’s written or drawn in without trying and failing to color match it perfectly.

Create synced blocks across pages
Have an option for a block of content to be copied to another page and any edits on either copy shows up on the other one. So for example, you could have a block of writing on a monthly calendar page and then sync it to a specific day's page so you don't have to rewrite everything. What you write on the monthly calendar for that day automatically shows up on the individual day page also.

Make Extra Margin Space In Imported PowerPoints
It would be super nice to have extra space to write sentences and phrases on the side or under imported PowerPoint instead of only being able to write on the slide. Writing on the slide helps highlight terms etc, but doesn't help any extra information a teacher/professor may say out loud, that's not a part of the slide.

Auto Position and Auto Grouping
I would love for my notes to auto position themselves properly and perhaps group together when im writing. For example when writing on paper you sometimes have to write on different sections of a page or printout (left side, right side, top, bottom, middle) and goodnotes doesn't do the without opening a different text box. And when trying to reposition all the text it doesnt move all your notes together without the user lassoing every little box you want instead of just grouping them and moving them all together. please I have been using GoodNotes for 2+ years now and I really need GoodNotes to recognize Swedish so bad. I mean I wan to understand what I'm writing on my note and I can't because I have a really bad hand writhing :( So please make my life easier <3

Accessibility Option - Invert
Allow for inverting colors of a document opened in the app. Nothing fancy like iOS smart invert needed; just invert all colors in document ignoring menu and drawing/highlighter colors. My eyes are sensitive to light, but I need to use an iPad to be able to view my textbooks in large print and take notes; I literally use sunglasses while studying, cause I require the contrast so lowering brightness doesn't help.
