Better Annotation
We can write in the infinite grey space on either side of the documet. Doesn't have to show up when printing anything (only print out the page / inserted document). Or have numerous options to format it differently like OneNote when printing things out with annotations on the side.

Goodnotes notes not accessible when signed out and no internet
I travel a lot and am randomly signed out of my Goodnotes account. When this happens and I don’t have internet, I am unable to access any of my notes, despite the fact that they’re downloaded to my iPhone and/or iPad. Is there a way to continue to access my Goodnotes notes when signed out and without Internet access??

Update the MacOS app
I am using Goodnotes on MacOS 12.6 and there are no updates that work with my version of the mac. My notebooks are not getting updated on iCloud.
At least fix it so we don't always need the latest version to have our files synchronized across all devices...1 vote -
Bulk upload
It would be cool if we could bulk import pen/pencil/highlight colors. To click through as you add is a bit time consuming.
Also, I think we should have different pen types. My handwriting looked phenomenal on the pages app but I love Goodnotes so I’m sticking with it.

Simplifying Page Link Generation
Dear GoodNotes Team,
I am an avid user of GoodNotes and greatly appreciate the page linking feature. However, I would like to propose a few improvements to streamline this functionality.
Currently, generating a page link requires navigating to the previous page of the target page, creating and copying the link, and then deleting the text box afterward. This workflow feels unnecessarily cumbersome.
It would be incredibly helpful if you could add an option to copy the link of the current page directly from the “More” menu. Additionally, having a shortcut key for this function would enhance usability even further.

Move the toolbar to the left, vertically
The toolbar can be moved to the left side of the screen with the elements being ordered vertically, so to have more space to write

Improve the pencil feature!
The pencil is transparent and lacks boldness and clarity. When zooming out the strokes can appear fragmented, which diminishes the overall visual quality of the notes. Add some adjustable opacity settings to offer a more defined stroke.

Lasso selects outer objects from nested shapes
I use lasso tool to move parts of my diagrams. Until last update, it was selecting only shapes under selected area. I was able to select inner shape from a nested shape. Unfortunately now every time I select a nested shape, the outer shape also move along. This is happening when outer shape is perfect shape (with shape tool). Kindly disable this feature or provide mode to select option.

Serious!!! Battery consumption
Battery consumption has not been resolved yet, please take a serious concern about the issue .I have updated the app to the latest version 6.5.17 (ios) ipad air4, but the problem is still persisting.

iOS and Windows integration
I use Windows at work and iOS at home. I would like Goodnotes to sync between both devices WITH the ability to PASSWORD protect personal files independently from work files. Similarly to how GOogle drive has My Drive and Shared Drive. that way I can keep work separate from Personal

Writing Tab with Audio Sync, Embedded videos and GIFs, Active Recall AI, and Auto-Generated Flashcards
Add GIFs and videos to documents that reproduce! Have a tab where you can write without modifying the original document, similar to "Ask Goodnotes," and allow this window to follow the text being written along with the audio (for example the "notes" option that is on canva). Improve how text boxes are displayed on Mac compared to iPad, as they currently shift position. Enhance the AI for studying to promote active recall (THEA is an excellent example for this). There should also be an option for Goodnotes to automatically generate flashcards from a document.

PDF/Document refernce
I would like to ask the Ai to point and highlight specific sections in a PDF/Document based on my prompt. It would be great if it can directly take me to those references, the same way the search is implemented in a browser for specific words, but rather directly take me to those references in my document.

FEATURE TO REVERSE FLASHCARDS
I really like the app, but I think it would be even better with a feature to reverse flashcards. It would be great to switch the question and answer sides to practice both ways. This would help users memorize all aspects of the material more effectively.

Hide all masking tapes (memorization pens) displayed by clicking at once.一度隠したマスキングテープを全て元に戻す
In the current version of GoodNotes 6, after displaying multiple masking tapes for memorization purposes, each one needs to be tapped individually to hide them, which is quite tedious. Therefore, I believe there is a need for a button that can hide all displayed masking tapes at once.

Android version doesn't have a delete comment button. If there is a feature to add comments, isn't it normal to create a delete function.

Update Issues Request
I have 3 issues since the new update (1) Missing the Words: When you select an image, I miss having the words of “comment”, “resize”, “cut”, etc. It’s currently only images of comment box, box or scissors, etc. Which gets confusing because I’m not sure what action I’m about to select. (2) Images/stickers Issues: I can’t crop images/stickers. When I over lap them I can’t move them around individually. I can’t stretch them like I used to be able to either to change their shape.
