Improve zoom in and out
I don't know the case on IPADs but when zooming in and out , i don't want the page to stay with my fingers that i can move it right and left .. the page is not kept in the centre of the screen .. that creates so many lags and other writing problems .
I have to wait for the page to get to the center and then i can write again .

Change standard paper size
At the moment the standard paper size is US letter. It would be useful, if you'd be able to change that to something different, A4 for example, so that the default size of a new document isn't letter.

Can't draw after scrolling
Using the touchpad on xps 13 9305 web, I can't draw after scrolling using touchpad gestures. It works after exiting and re-entering edit mode, which is tedious.

Webdav support
Several note apps or pdf apps have supported using webdav for sync between devices. For those who have private file servers os NAS webdav is a better way to protect personal privacy and allow bigger storage.

erase
The hp pencil erase feature is supported going into erase mode but not coming out. I think it would improve the user experience to support this feature as it would allow you to erase without needing to leave the pen

Delete page button
There is no visible delete page button, so a suggestion would be to add one somewhere on the top of a page, like a "X" on the top left to delete the entire page.

Ability to lock scrolling
Palm can interfere with the scroll bar on the right side of the screen when writing which moves the page so having the ability to lock it so the page doesn't move around when writing and just using the side bar on the right to navigate pages would be useful

Ich würde Goodnotes am Pc am liebsten für die Speicherung wichtiger Dokumente nutzen um sie immer unterwegs am Laptop dabei zu haben. Hierfür wäre eine Funktion wo man Bilder automatisch zu einer Seite machen kann Prima.
