  2. Other Android apps allow use of the physical eraser button of the stylus, but this does not work so far with S-Pen on Galaxy Tab. Selection eraser from the software menu is not very convenient and subpar to other notes apps.

  3. You should be able to convert your handwriting to math like with Notability. When you write a note and hit convert, a math option should come up so you can simply convert your handwriting into proper typed math symbols.

  5. Using stamps/emojis would be nice, along with having an option to use dot points to make note taking easier. A ruler would be a must have for myself as I like to structure my page a certain way when studying. Maybe adding a stabiliser tool to make lines stiffer when writing.

  6. Making GoodNotes for Windows a Web app by simply dumping it through Swift to WASM immediately makes the app use significantly more resources and hinders the overall experience and battery life, causing pen inputs to have a significant delay and require online connectivity, etc. This kind of experience is NOT what you would want your users on an ipad to use, so why Windows?

Like you did for iOS, please make GoodNotes for Windows a native Windows App instead of a PWA. This mess is NOT the path your team should be going down.

  9. When I'm writing on my convertible laptop with a pen I can't change the setting of the pressure. I would like to have the option to disable it so all of my letters would be the same thickness.

  10. an implementation like Anki to review cards.
for example extra categorie where a card can be reviewed where the categorie name would be the name of the notebook in which the flashcards are.
And a RemNote like usability for the flashcards.

  11. As you know, Windows Devices are mostly used in Landscape mode(because of size or Windows was built to use in landscape) but the size of tool bar is so much bigger than the iOS version that the waste of space in landscape mode is too big

  17. Hello dear developers,
I always work with different templates.
When I work with the black template, I always have to laboriously switch the pen colors.
Is it not possible to save the pen colors together with the worksheet?

Furthermore, more sheet colors would be nice, e.g. gray, red and green.
I am aware that I could create my own templates. But most of the time the grid does not fit.
Why not do it the same way as with the pens, that the background color can also be chosen from a color table?
    Many greetings Ernst

  18. Stylus Pen has an erase button, which can switch to eraser mode when holding the button and dragging to an area. It works on most applications on Windows but is currently not supported by GoodNotes.

  19. I have used many of the Goodnotes counterparts that are available in Microsoft store, which includes Inkodo, Scrble, Samsung voice notes with pen, Nebo, OneNote which the total cost was approximately 25USD. In the end, I concluded that none of these can ever become a rival of Goodnotes in IOS, due to their occasional crashes, unbearably slow speed, incompatibility with pdf, minor bugs, which just increases my stress level. I really would like to see Goodnotes for windows 10, no matter what the cost is.

  20. Turn Goodnotes for Android to an full on native app, same as on the Ipad where it performs smooth, not like that cheap web version on Android, I'm really happy you guys moved your app also to Android but you can't say that web thing is good, we need a real app, a native app and I hope that's what you guys are working on.
