  1. voice recording (while taking notes) like a Ink replay feature

    I think that is essential for students and professors to have the Voice recording feature (that is recently already available on Goodnotes for iPad) on Goodnotes for Windows. This feature that allows you to replay the ink/drawings you made while taking note and the related audio recording is great and it can be the main point of why windows users should choose Goodnotes instead of other millions of note taking apps already available on the microsoft App Store.

  2. Opacity

    Adding opacity for all the current AND future pens, highliters, brushes, and pencils.
    Same goes for tabs and images (especially if we need to write or draw on them).

  4. Clickable Tapes

    Similar to the tape tool on notability, like the pen tool, you can draw a shape or write words but the written stuff can be clicked to reveal the pdf or page underneath! Very useful for active recall and quizzing, I am sure many others would love a feature like it!

  8. Make it less laggy

    The app is okayish now...but can be made more better.Better would be to make it liken the ios version for whatever it takes.The app is too much laggy now.Dcumemts aren't easily accessible.Please work on it before launching the main version.Eager to try the new version!!!

  9. Added erase transition function with Samsung S Pen button

    I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab. However, when using the current GoodNotes, it is regrettable that the button on the side of the Tab S Pen cannot be switched to erase.

  10. Voice recording with text recognition

    Voice recordings would be great.
    And a text tracking would be good, so that when you hear the recording again you see what you wrote down for.

  11. More features like in the iPad version. Make it a native Windows app instead of it being a cloud-based app.

    Currently, GoodNotes is web based and more like a cloud-based service.

    This needs to change. It needs to become a native Windows app that runs natively on Windows instead through some hoops in order to make it run in a browser and then create some kind of GUI for it to make it look like a native app.

    Add more features like on Apple iPad, inserting and exporting PDF's and pictures, make it cross-platform at least through the browser so people can access their notes on their phones and different devices. More colors like on the iPad.

  12. Make the Windows Version have the ability to Convert handwriting into clean and organized Font.

    Making it like Nebo for windows like making it to where we can choose the font we want to write in and convert it to that font.

  16. scan documents

    It would good if i could scan Dokument and work on it. In the IOS Version you can do it. Now i have a windows Surface. a classmate has to scan the document with her Apple Pad and send me the PDf on email. I feel really emberassed because i have to ask her if she could send it to me...

  18. Fountain Pen does not write like calligraphy when using HP stylus

    The pressure of the pen remains same throughout. It should vary with curve of the letter.

  19. Adding a few brushes

    Of course i don't mean to make of it a digital art app !
    But for more common uses, adding a few different brushes, and like pastel, and watercolor would be awesome !
    Obviously with the opacity function.

  20. Auto switch ink colors according to theme

    Switching between dark background/light pen to light background/dark pen when changing between Night and Day mode. OneNote has a similar function and it saves my eyes when taking notes
