An error occurred while saving the comment Jean-Luc commentedI love the idea of scribble-to-erase but it regularly deletes what I've just written, so much so I've had to switch it off.
Could you make it so a user could train it? Or choose the type of scribble that deletes text?
You could also have a tiny X pop up when it deletes text to allow users to say no, I'd like to keep that bit of text, that's my handwriting -- this last feature would be good but wouldn't replace the first two for someone like me as I'd constantly be saying no! You could use it for the training though.

This would be really useful for notes too.
I often want to keep everything on a single page (like a to do list or a mind map) but run out of space -- so I scale down everything to make a little more space... but then the lines of the shrunken writing become very thin compared to anything I write afterwards
