Definitely a very interesting idea but quite complex and probably only relevant for very tech-savvy power users. We’re not sure but maybe it is already doable using Shortcuts, as other apps can read the converted text.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Would it work for you to open a calculator app as a slide over app and then just swipe it in from the side when it is needed? You won’t have to leave GoodNotes for it and you can easily make some quick calculations.
An error occurred while saving the comment angelica.abreu10 commented(Response to the moderator suggestion) That doesn’t work to open the app as a hover over. The things I would like to calculate require a lot of writing so it’s inconvenient to have to open an app as a hover over because it occupies a full vertical section. Sure we can move it left and right but that’s inconvenient and there’s really not much space to have a hover over app that to be honest can only add and multiply. I need to square large numbers and etc.

Yes! I agree this is a necessity. I was actually coming on here to ask for this. We now have the stickers we can use as sticky notes but I would like to be able to use margins for extra space for my sticky note or for the sticky note flags that in real life stick out of the book, and if you could actually aligned that to the outlines tab that would be magnificent but that’s another battle I don’t mind waiting for.
