Import SVG Elements
I'd like to be able to design elements in a vector based app like Graphics and then use them in GoodNotes without having to convert them to pixel-images first.

Omg Brooke I can't reply to your message but THANK YOU for this!!! I had tried to insert the PDF as an image and it wouldn't let me, never thought to try dragging and dropping! A lifesaver thank you!

This would be very useful so I can design stickers to accompany my custom templates in Figma and then insert in an SVG format so that they are not blurry!

Any updates on this? I think GoodNotes has the potential of being an awesome diagramming application for professionals that use a lot of icons (that look and scale better as vectors.)

Vector PDF's that are imported via drag-and-drop are rasterized. Vector object support is really needed.

Yes, much better scalability than pixel-images :-)
