Undo the automatic update
How can I undo this last version of Goodnotes 6? I liked it better when the recording symbol wasn’t this horribly obvious as a big orange square. and I like it better when the toolbar didn’t move. Is there a way I can undo this update and back to the previous version of Goodnotes 6?!

Highlighter synchronization on iPad and MacBook
It would be nice if the highlighters and pictures you insert on the MacBook would not change its position on my iPad. whenever i highlight something on my iPad or on my MacBook or even insert a picture, the same page on the other device is a little shifted and not on the original position.
I uploaded a picture: I wrote the text on my MacBook and highlighted on my iPad. The highlighter on the my MacBook was then shifted from its original position on my iPad. The highlighter on my iPad is still on the original position.3 votes -
Infinite canvas is not searchable
The infinite canvas currently does not export as a searchable pdf file. When we export the file, it works like a picture which gets pixelated when we zoom

The revival of Goodnote 6+5
Goodnote 7 feels like Badnotes.
To improve it, I suggest restoring the following features:• The smooth performance of Goodnotes 5 (especially the instant PDF rendering)
• The toolbar layout from Goodnotes 5
• Keeping the “crumple-to-erase” feature from Goodnotes 6
• Keeping the folder organization feature from Goodnotes 6
I propose releasing “Goodnotes 11,” combining the best features of Goodnotes 5 and 6.

Remove filename extensions when importing files into GoodNotes (Mac version)
When importing files such as PDFs into GoodNotes 6 for Mac, the document name keeps the filename extension (e.g., “Document.pdf”).

Cloud settings update
There should be a way to decide which files are downloaded onto each device that you are using with cloud storage so that it does not take up storage on all of your devices for the same files. (like with iCloud when a file is needed it gets pulled from the cloud but it is not taking up space on the device until then)

Revert Back Some Item
Need to change back to the way it was before the latest update. Drawing straight lines became really ******. The text box sucks big time. Text box before and how you saved the text box settings was way better before. I do like the drawing arrow features. The way it jumps automatically from text box to lasso sucks big time. I use goodnotes a lot at work (electrician) and ive been pushing more and more people to start using goodnotes in the past.
