I keep pressing this as it’s in my muscle memory, but then realise it hasn’t worked and then go to the undo buttons. Would make this app even better.

GoodNotes 5 supports the iOS 13 standard undo gestures: three-finger swipe left (or three-finger double tap)
I guess even 2-finger double-tap works in GoodNotes 5.
