Change Text Case in Handwriting Conversion
When converting handwriting to text allow for multiple options to change the case formatting. I.e. ALL CAPS, lowercase, Sentence Case

Also allow typed notes to be changed to toggle, lowercase or sentence case

Should be outside of the text ocr conversion operation, but yes, some sort of toupper tolower tocap should be quickly available.
