switching between tabs of open notebooks, escape button instead of having to click the home button when you want to open another notebook (without closing the initial one), an easy way to navigate your notebooks and folders, an less horrible way to switch between text typing and pen tools (I just end up typing the letter P in a text box..)
The possibilities are endless!

yes, show/hide sidebar shortcut command+control+s is useless! every time pressing the button twice is so inconvenient.

I also want a shortcut to show/hide the sidebar.
Otherwise, I want a toggle button to show/hide. The current UI of pressing the button twice is a little inconvenient.
