This is a must-have feature. Pretty easy to implement also.

I like to load text books into GoodNotes and highlight stuff inside them, but I also like to have the text read to me as I read. I currently have to load the book on my PC and use my PC to dictate it to me, but I’d rather if GoodNotes could just do the whole job.

a med student really needs read out loud or text to speech feature for those pdf files in goodnotes. also it has some issues exporting files bigger than 200 mb from good notes. fix that issue please

I wonder if the developer listens to us... the READ-TO-TEXT option is a MUST for this app. Multiple users have been requested this option on GoodNotes for several years now. Please add! Thank you.

Love this app...it is the most app used on my iPad! The read out loud option would have made this app perfect! With so much material to read taking notes while having it read out load would make it easier to digest and learn!

Text to speech option is the only thing missing that makes me switch back to Notability which has a fantastic multilingual TTS. I don't know why this feature was excluded from the beginning?

Yes please add this feature. I am a slow reader and the text-to-speech really helps me with reading faster on apple products. it is unfortunate that it is not available on the good notes app. I have invested in the app on all 3 of my apple products. I have it on my phone, Ipad, and MacBook pro.

While this works fine in text boxes, it is disabled in PDFs. iOS does not prevent this in PDFs as it can be done in other apps, so why disable it in PDF documents?

Yes Please it helps a lot. As non English speaking native I use text to speech option on my iPad and Mac all the time. it would be nice if you can add this option inside your goodnote.
Most of the time I import pdf files to my notes and I would like to use text to speech with in goodnote rather than opening a new app with a have text to speech option

This would be a great feature. I have vision problems due to medical conditions and am going through some career retraining. It would be very for those with disabilities to make this an even more useful tool.
