Option to turn off ruler angle automatically clipping to a set angle like 135º
This will allow for more precision without having to manually type the angle you want, this becomes a problem when trying to draw a line of best fit and when you let go of the ruler its angle changes to a one of multiple of 5

Apple does it all in a cool way where if you rotate the ruler faster it will snap near 45 degree increments. If you don’t move it fast, the ruler does not snap at all.
