Word Wrapping for Long Title Names (Outlines, Document Titles, Etc.)
Allow word wrapped outlines for long titles of various sorts.. Currently, outline titles, document titles, etc., are cut off when they are too long.
What is the point of having a long title is you can't read it?

Currently, long section names (especially in PDFs like textbooks or standards such as Eurocodes) are truncated, which makes navigation inefficient and confusing.
Suggested improvements:
Allow resizing the outline sidebar width
Enable text wrapping for long titles
Show full title on hover (tooltip)This would significantly improve usability for students and professionals working with structured documents.
