Quick note
Allow the user to specify a default notebook for quick notes. If not specified, use a system default notebook. Never close an open notebook when starting a new quick note (open the specified default notebook or the system default notebook in a new tab if they are not already open)

Current the widget is almost useless since it keeps closing notebooks I am using
