I'm genuinely surprised this feature hasn't been implemented yet—or perhaps I’ve missed something. As far as I can tell, there’s currently no way to input math equations directly using the keyboard. This is a significant limitation, especially for Mac users who don't have the option to handwrite equations.

It would be incredibly useful to have a way to insert math equations inline with text when typing, similar to how tools like Notion or Typora support LaTeX or KaTeX syntax—for example, by wrapping equations in $...$.

Given that Goodnotes already supports rendering math via handwriting recognition, the logic for equation parsing and rendering seems to be in place. It feels like this feature should be relatively straightforward to implement, and it would greatly enhance the experience for those who prefer or need to type their content.
