Windows Web App
I used to be able to open two goodnotes apps at once, but that feature has disappeared over the summer. Every time I try to open two, it just reloads the first. This is very frustrating as I take all my notes on goodnotes, so when I try to make study notes I have to download all my notes and open them up separately. Additionally, I've noticed that my Windows Surface Pen isn't working as well on the app. Text will be delayed (and curves will appear smaller or letters will turn out jargon). My erase feature (from the back end of the pen) only works half the time. In my last class, I had to close and open my notebook several times due to it not working. Instead of automatically going back to my last non-eraser feature, it will stay on the eraser feature. I didn't have these issues last year.

I think Goodnotes is already one of the best note-taking apps out there, but a few improvements could really enhance the experience. For example, smoother integration with cloud services (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) would make cross-device syncing even more seamless. https://smartledinc.com/
