改進更新後的工具列

工具列以前的比更新後的好，不需要分類點擊，不但會增加遮擋頁面的面積，還只會增加我們在操作上的點擊次數，使操作更麻煩，而且為什麼只能更改大項目的順序、小項目的不行？
