After the latest update, drawing a straight line using the shapes tool is often impossible: If the line I'm trying to draw is close to another line it will snap to either a curved line or a straight line in a very different position from where I drew it. This is a major regression.

In the attached picture, I drew a square and attempted (several times) to draw a diagonal straight line from the top left corner to the bottom right corner. The first time it snapped to a vertical line, the second time it snapped to a horizontal line, the third and fourth time it snapped to some other curves. None were even close to what I was trying to draw.
