Can you please admit this update was a flop?
I’ve loved Goodnotes for years please don’t make me switch to something else!! I’m just really disheartened by the update and the almost complete radio silence on Goodnotes’ end. There was one thing on insta that said you were going to fix things but that was it. I’d be really impressed if y’all said “our bad” and take some time to redo this update. I’m sure so much work went into this, but I think it would be admirable if you either reverted and said that you would try again, or gave us the option to go back to Goodnotes 6 until you can rework most of the issues going on right now. You can’t keep being quiet about this and only promoting positive reviews forever, and the longer this goes on without more acknowledgement, the more your customers are going to feel betrayed and jaded even if you fix everything.

Your users aren’t seeing anything change since this new update, and what you’re saying that you’re working on doesn’t even scratch the surface of the issues that are happening. Even if I agreed with all of the changes made, the app is too laggy and glitching. If you’re going to take your time getting everything together, please just add the GN6 toolbar back, or better yet give us an option to downgrade to 6 until you get everything sorted!
