Image Borders, Shadows
Just a simple toggle to add/remove a border from an image. A collage of screen caps and images looks very disorganized without defined edges. This is the single most important request, please implement as soon as possible thank you.

Absolutely agree—adding a simple toggle for image borders and shadows would greatly improve visual clarity in collages. It’s a small feature with a big impact. Hope to see it implemented soon! https://www.e-zpassfl.com

That’s actually a really helpful suggestion! Clean image borders and subtle shadows make such a big difference, especially for people who share screenshots or game visuals. I notice the same thing when I upload gameplay images from https://ropeeheroapk.com/ — without borders, they blend together and look messy. A quick border toggle would really help with presentation.

Great insights on improving Goodnotes for Apple — especially around enhancing handwriting recognition. I think integrating more cross-device sync options could also make a big difference for users who switch between Mac and iPad often. By the way, your UX-focused approach reminds me of how intuitive design benefits even unrelated platforms like https://gotoslot.fun/
, where seamless interaction really enhances engagement. -

as a person who likes to put frames on every photo on my notes, it is tedious having to use the pen or auto-shape feature + then readjusting the shape to match the photo size. It would be good to simply click on the photo and a frame just like you would be able to in word or excel etc.

I use GN6 for genealogy and have set up a few elements to use consistently but would like to have the ability to save a border/background option for text without first adding the element, then adding the text. There are options already part of GN that are great, but adding my own would be a huge bonus, at least for me!

Text boxes can be styled with borders of variable thickness and colour, rounded corners and drop shadow - I want the same for images

It would improve content visibility and visual hierarchy. Unfortunately, there currently is no easy and quick workaround.

Similar to the outline in powerpoint, I'd like to be able to add a border to images or text boxes. This helps distinguish pictures that are near or on top of each other. You can draw a rectangle around the picture with the shape tool but it's hard to make it precise.

An image which has just been imported may need a few aesthetic and functional framing/bordering.
So if an option "put a box around the image" can be made available it would be a handy tool.
I know I can draw 4 lines separately and join them to get the box made, but a simpler one touch option will be nice.
Thanks,
Shashank.
