Allow password recovery option for when we forget a password
Allow some means to recover password for when a password is forgotten. Or disable the master lock. Allow user to set different passwords for different files if desired.

Agreeing to this, even if password recovery means providing an ID to a support person or something more secure. It’s ridiculous that you’re completely locked out if you forget your password.
