[Eraser] Move the Eraser to the ‘Writing Tools’
Currently, the Eraser Function and Writing Tools are two different tabs. This disrupts the continuous flow of writing, as users have to frequently toggle between two different tabs. This issue is especially vital as the tabs are at a higher eye level, thus users have to take some moments to locate, and select the eraser function when needed, which also causes users to mistakenly tap onto another mini tab.
This brings about inconvenience to users, especially since the flow of thoughts is disrupted.
Thus, I would propose shifting the position of the eraser function into the writing tools tab. This would greatly enhance users’ experience with GoodNotes. Would really appreciate if this feedback is taken, thank you so much!

Super frustrating that one cannot have the option to either have the eraser in the Main Toolbar, or within the writing toolbar that can be moved to the left and right of the screen.
I normally have my toolbar on the left because I am right handed, and having to reach all the way up to the top of my iPad just to access the eraser feels ergonomically wrong. Can you have the option to allow people to put the eraser in either the main toolbar OR within the writing toolbar? This would be very appreciated, as different things work for different users.

I HATE THE ERASER BEING ON TOOLBAR ALONE. If you want that on toolbar everything else needs to be on toolbar like it was. But if you want a flooting bar like before the latest update eraser needs to be with pen and markers.

Put the eraser back in the floating toolbar directly above the writing space. It not only has messed up my fast notetaking significantly which is what I use goodnotes for, it is inefficient overall to have the eraser further away from the page. Not a well-thought out change for usability. I feel strongly enough that I am taking valuable time from work to create my account and enter this comment.

Updates have been occurring too frequently to the toolbar. The eraser should be in the floating toolbar with writing tools. I prefer consistency, I take a lot of notes and want things to be where I expect.

Please add the eraser tool back to the floating toolbar in macOS. It was there with all the other writing tools, but it now only appears in the main toolbar at the top of the screen. I am a classroom teacher who uses Goodnotes for instruction, so having these tools available in the floating tool bar would be most helpful.
