You should be able to click a recording, and it take you the page where it was made, and say you went over different pages while make the recording and drew things on the different pages, as the recording is going, it should take you to those pages

Inversely, if you drew something while making a recording, there should be a view where you can easily see what things you drew during a a recording vs just drew normally

ALSO, crucially:
I might be reading a several hundred page book, and I have my thoughts on a certain paragraph that I would like to capture in a voice recording. I would like to put down an icon the looks like a microphone or something next to the paragraph, and then add my recording there
Then, when I click the microphone I can hear the audio

And, I can click a microphone in some many, and get to the page I put it down at
